Lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique that stimulates lymph flow. It reduces fluid accumulation, strengthens the immune system, and relieves swelling. Especially after operations, injuries, or with chronic conditions, it relieves the tissue, supports detoxification, and provides relaxation.

Lymphatic drainage works by gently activating the lymphatic system and improving fluid drainage. Sometimes lymph fluid accumulates in the tissue and swelling occurs – for example in arms or legs. This often happens after operations or injuries when lymph vessels are damaged or interrupted.
Normally, the lymphatic system transports fluid, proteins, and waste products back into the blood. When this drainage is disturbed, fluid collects in the tissue and feelings of tension or pressure occur. Through lymphatic drainage, the fluid is specifically moved forward and can drain better. The tissue is relieved, swelling decreases, and the body feels noticeably lighter.
