I offer standard rates for therapy forms depending on treatment duration. You can pay either directly on-site in cash or by card, and I can also issue you an invoice upon request. Additionally, patients who bill through health insurance receive a reimbursement receipt by email.

If you have supplementary insurance, your health insurance company usually covers a large part of the treatment costs. For precise information about your individual cost coverage, I recommend that you contact your health insurance company directly. Appointments can be cancelled by phone or email. However, if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or the appointment is not attended, the full amount will be charged.
All treatments last 50 minutes by default. The only exception is the herbal stamp massage, which is a 75-minute therapy. Please feel free to contact me if you would like a longer or shorter treatment.

You don't need to bring anything special for the treatment. Comfortable clothing is important. Towels and medical documents are provided by Heiva. The massage oil is absorbed after the treatment, so you can continue your daily routine immediately.
