1. Contract Conclusion / Booking
A binding booking is made through:
– Online booking via the HealthAdvisor
– Phone appointment booking
– Booking via email or WhatsApp
A booking is considered binding as soon as a verbal or written appointment confirmation is made by the customer.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If the cancellation is not made on time or the customer does not appear, the full amount will be charged.
The Welcome Offer applies once per customer and only for the first appointment.
2. Prices & Payment Terms
Current prices can be viewed on the website at
www.heiva.ch/preise.
Price changes are possible at any time and will be communicated there immediately.
Payment Options:
– Card payment on-site
– Online payment by card
– TWINT
– Invoice
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt.
The first reminder is free of charge. For each additional reminder, a fee of CHF 10.– will be charged.
3. No-Show & Late Arrival
– In case of no-show ("No-Show"), the full amount will be charged.
– A late arrival of more than 35 minutes is considered a no-show.
– For shorter delays, the treatment time is reduced accordingly, without price reduction.
– The treatment cannot be extended, as this would affect subsequent appointments.
4. Subscriptions, Discounts & Vouchers
– Multi-visit cards are valid for 5 years. They expire upon practice closure.
– Vouchers are valid for 2 years and also expire upon practice closure.
– Discount promotions are valid until the printed date, otherwise 1 month from issue.
– A cash payout of vouchers or multi-visit cards is not possible.
– Vouchers may be transferred, multi-visit cards may not.
5. Liability & Medical Responsibility
Treatments at Heiva – Massage Practice Salome Vogel do not replace a doctor visit.
Customers are obligated to inform about health complaints or medication intake before treatment and, if necessary, have them clarified by a doctor.
Heiva – Massage Practice Salome Vogel and its employees are only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
Liability for slight negligence, indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profit) is excluded – to the extent legally permissible.

References and links to third-party websites are outside our area of responsibility.
Any responsibility for such websites is disclaimed.
Access to and use of such websites is at the users' own risk.
7. Copyright
All logos, names, texts, and images on the website are copyright protected.
They may not be used, copied, or modified without written consent from Heiva – Massage Practice Salome Vogel.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Exclusively Swiss law applies.
