Connective tissue massage is a targeted treatment that directly addresses areas where pain or tension occurs. At the same time, it can have positive effects on the function of internal organs through reflex zones.

Connective tissue massage belongs to reflex zone massages. Through nerve pathways, there are connections between internal organs and certain skin areas, the so-called Head's zones (reflex zones). Changes or diseases in an internal organ can therefore also manifest in the skin and underlying connective tissue. The skin can be firmer in these areas, and the subcutaneous tissue may appear thickened or sunken.
In connective tissue massage, this tissue is specifically treated. The massage works directly where tension or hardening exists and can relieve pain and tension. At the same time, other organs and body areas connected to this zone can be positively influenced, so that the treatment can have a supportive effect both locally and in other parts of the body.
If you are unsure which type of therapy is right for you, simply book a classical massage and we will create a treatment plan together during your first appointment.
